We offer a liberal check in and check out policy compared to other
vacation rentals. We appreciate in return that you leave the house
in good condition so others may enjoy it as well.

Check-in after 3:00p.m., check-out time is 1:00 p.m.

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival.
25% of the total reservation fee will be charged for cancellations.

Alder Lake House is non-smoking. No beverages other than water on the
carpeted areas upstairs. A fee may be charged for any damage that
occurs to the home or property by you or your guests. 

The management is not responsible for lost articles. Use the lake and
dock at your own risk.

There is an additional charge for more than the number of guests you
originally booked. A $25 fee will be charged for keys not returned.
No refunds for early departures.
